The resistance of the SuperBands works to your advantage as it helps you lift your own body weight, making it easier to build upper body strength and sculpt your arms, back and abs. The results: the ability to perform pull-ups/chin-ups and dips for the first time or to do more reps than ever before. The SuperBands are also suitable for standard stretching pre and post worko ut or explosive training exercises by simply running against the resistance. SuperBands are colour-coded and indicate the weight equivalent it takes off your own bodyweight. The colour you use depends on your personal level of fitness and your own body weight. Green is a lighter level of assistance for individuals that can already do pull-ups / chin-ups and dips but wish to perform more reps.
